False Pretense Films is the film production company founded by Ken Hess in 2006. Ken is a writer, director, and filmmaker who has written thousands of articles, multiple books, produced several films and is an avid podcaster. He was joined by Joseph Butler in 2015. Since 2015, we have produced several Film Noir films, comedy shorts, and corporate videos. Joseph brings 20 years of videography and sound experience to the mix.
